The heart of your base. Upgrade it to unlock more.
The Headquarters is the middle of your base. It has 10 levels. Each level unlocks new buildings, troops and strikes, and lets you build more of them and upgrade them higher. It also stores some of your Cash and Oil, and Uranium from level 7.
Upgrading it costs Cash and needs a free Builder. In a raid, destroying the Headquarters gives the attacker a star (see stars).
