Hireables

Hireables are helpers you hire from the Hire NPC and place on your plot. Each one does one job on its own. Since the October 3, 2026 update, Collectors and Merchants are trucks (your Crew). You level them up with the Crew skills in the Skill Tree, and every truck of a kind gets the new level at once. Most hireables cost coins. The Emperor, added in the GODLIKE update, is the first Godlike hireable. The Electric Semi and the Supercar only come from Robux, gifts, packs, quests or the Donation Board.

Crew trucks

Your Collectors and Merchants all drive the truck of your Crew level. Buy the truck skills in the Crew part of the Skill Tree to level up. The bag item stays "a Collector" or "a Merchant": its icon shows your current truck.

Old Collector and Merchant tiers

Collector II, Collector III, Merchant II and Merchant III were retired in the October 3 update. If you had them, they turned into Collectors and Merchants, and your trucks got the matching level for free (Collector II: Box Van, Collector III: Dump Truck, Merchant II: Cash Van, Merchant III: Armored Semi), plus bonus coins for your old workers.

Collectors and the Box

Collectors drive to your production buildings, load the items waiting there and bring them to the Box at your plot. Walk up to the Box and press E to move everything into your inventory. The Box starts at 50 items and grows with the Box I to IV skills (200 / 1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000). An Electric Semi sets it to 5,000 on its own, and the Infinite Storage gamepass removes the limit. When the Box is full, the trucks wait until you collect it.

Merchants

Merchants drive to your buildings and sell what is there on the spot, so you never have to visit the sell NPC. They pay the normal sell price times their truck's sell multiplier and the Haggle skills.

Thieves and Knights

A Thief runs from your plot to another country's plot, walking the flag map to get there. It takes up to 100 items from that country's buildings in about 35 seconds, then runs home. After it gets back (or dies) you wait 60 seconds before the next one (30 seconds with Quick Rest). The Loot skills make a Thief that gets home also bring you 1 to 5 minutes of your own coins.

Thieves pick a country about your size first. If none is online, they pick a much smaller country, then an ally, and brand new players last. A much smaller or brand new country only loses a quarter bag at most.

Knights patrol your plot and chase any Thief that comes within 15 studs. On contact the Thief dies, and so does the Knight. The Reward skills pay you up to 1 or 3 minutes of your coins for every Thief your Knights catch.

The Vault skill halves what a thief can take, Guard Dog slows thieves by 25% on your plot, and Watchful and Eagle Eye let Knights spot them from further away. See the Crew part of the Skill Tree for every Thief and Knight upgrade.
